The Soul Shakers have been shaking souls with their particular brand of Rhythm & Blues on Vancouver Island for twelve years. With powerhouse singer Joyce “The Voyce” front and centre on lead vocals, and four skilled and seasoned players backing her up, the band packs a punch – and a dance floor.
Ten years after releasing their first CD, Live at The Yale, and four years after Love is Love, the band has released their third compilation Ready for You, an album of eight original songs which debuted to a sold-out house at Oak Bay’s Upper Lounge on Nov 29, 2019.
