Karen Doiron, a recent addition to the Cowichan Valley Arts Council (CVCAS), has already made significant contributions to the organization.
Initially, her role focused on coordinating fundraisers and handling the essential paperwork, such as B.C. Government applications and reports necessary for gaming licenses. Moving forward, Karen will play a crucial part in securing grants to support the CVCAS’s initiatives. Her dedication extends to supporting the Lead in ensuring that Watersheel Park becomes a fully accessible environment, reflecting the council’s commitment to inclusivity.
Karen also recognizes and values the tireless efforts of the dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes, acknowledging that their commitment is the backbone of the successful events hosted by the CVCAS.
