Diana Durrand serves as the Rainforest Arts liaison and being one of the founding members of the gallery, which operates under the umbrella of the Cowichan Valley Arts Council.
Her significant role extends to curating the RFA’s highly acclaimed Featured Artists program, a platform that consistently showcases the exceptional talents of both regional and Vancouver Island artists. Diana’s dedication to the arts is underpinned by her academic achievements, having graduated with an honours degree from the University of Victoria’s Fine Arts program.
Beyond her curatorial responsibilities, she remains a prolific mixed-media artist, consistently producing and exhibiting thought-provoking works that enrich the cultural tapestry of the region and beyond. Her multifaceted contributions continue to be a source of inspiration within the artistic community.
