Bev Knight, the Chair of the board, is a dedicated and longtime resident of Chemainus who has a deep passion for actively engaging with her community.
Her love for Chemainus is evident in her various pursuits, which include singing with her group Sweet Harmony. But that’s not all – Bev’s heart also finds its place in the realms of church activities, the arts, and the theater.
It’s her profound connection to music and the arts that initially brought her to the Chemainus Valley Cultural Arts Society (CVCAS). Yet, what truly shines for Bev is the opportunity to meet, connect with, and collaborate alongside the incredible community members and volunteers who make CVCAS thrive. For her, this sense of community and shared purpose is the true highlight of her involvement with CVCAS.
