Bernie Jones

Bernie is a retired sociologist and community developer.
He’s active in Chemainus Residents Association, having chaired the organization numerous times. Bernie has served on a number of municipal committees and on the Alert Bay Council.
Among his past consulting projects is assisting a half-dozen communities in British Columbia and Colorado prepare cultural plans. He’s the author of numerous professional articles and Neighborhood Planning – A Guide for Citizens and Planners.
