Mardi Gras Mambo brings you an electrifying musical performance to bring audiences straight to the heart of New Orleans with a musical
journey spanning decades of New Orleans hits performed by the Mardi Gras Mambo Band. The Band presents a dazzling array of New Orleans Artists ranging from Jellyroll Morton and Louis Armstrong, to Doctor John, Professor Longhair, The Neville Brothers, The Meters, Lee Dorsey, Allen Toussaint, Buckwheat Zydeco and more.

The Mardi Gras Mambo band consists of veteran musicians, based in Nanaimo:
Bruce Gerrish- Guitar & Vocals,
Doc Fingers- Piano and Vocals,
John Ellis- Slide Guitar & Pedal Steel
Paul Wainwright- Sax
James McRae- drums
Voodoo Dave McGrath on Percussion.
